Individuals may be eligible for RTA’s Paratransit Service if they are unable to travel on public transit without assistance, need a wheelchair lift or similar device to board the vehicle but one is not available at the location where individual needs to board, or have a condition that prevents them from traveling on the public transit system. You must submit an application to participate in RTA’s disability program. Call 216-621-9500 for additional information or to request a copy of the application.

The City of Cleveland Heights provides van transportation to Cleveland Heights residents age 60 and over who are not eligible for RTA’s Paratransit Service. The Van transports seniors from their homes to medical appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, the senior center etc. Trips are restricted to certain boundry limits. Service is free, donations suggested.
